It all began in 1986. Michael and John Aragon were playing drums and guitar respectively when they were suddenly unified by a third and final member, their younger brother, Andre, on bass. This time as a trio, the band Aragon began to play the songs written by John; songs that showed a hint of promise.

By the summer of 1988, Mike age 23, John age 21, and Andre age 16, accomplished a unique style of their own. Being of Latin and European descent and growing up in both New York and Miami during an era of new age music, theirs was a groove founded on culture, place and time. They created a sound which can be described as a mix of Classic Rock, Heavy Metal, Latin, Classical and Punk. An original genre of music they called “Frazzin’.”

Over 30 years later, the band has been dismantled, but the music remains. The unique sounds written and arranged in times past are now available for those willing to take a listen.

God Bless,

Aragon.
